Personal property

For storage of things and valuables, individual metal lockers are provided, as well as a luggage room. F&F is not liable in case of loss, theft or damage to property.

F&F Property

Guests are required to indemnify for any damage to the F&F property as a result of a violation of the rules of residence.

Smoking, alcohol and drugs

Smoking is prohibited throughout the F&F. For smoking indoors, the guest will be prompted to leave F&F immediately without monetary compensation.

We are forbidden to drink alcohol. Persons who violate the established rules for the use of alcoholic beverages, as well as those who have noticed drug use, will be immediately evicted without monetary compensation.

Responsibility

F&F is only responsible for room reservations.

F&F administration reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

The administration reserves the right to cancel an application that violates the rules of residence.

The comfort, safety and tranquility of the guests are paramount for us. A guest who, according to the administration, poses a threat to the safety of other guests, staff or local residents, will be evicted without a refund. We ask you to respect guests, employees, locals and F&F property.
